Eric Greene, age 44, of Merrill, passed away suddenly on June 3, 2015 at his home. He was born on October 19, 1970. Eric's loving parents are Keith Greene and Lynn Funk (loving stepfather, Ed Funk). Eric married Dawn Kasten on November 21, 2009.
Eric worked as a software developer at Liberty Mutual Insurance Company for many years. He enjoyed playing video games and doing anything with computers. Eric loved spending time with his family and friends. During the summer months Eric was a "grill master". Survivors include his loving wife; Dawn, children; Joseph Greene, Jason Gorton, step children; Bryan Kasten, Blaze & Chadd Martiny, parents; Lynn Funk (loving stepfather, Ed Funk), Keith (Leisa) Greene, sister's; Ashley & Genna Greene, mother & father-in-law; Robert (Amy) Kasten, brother-n-law, Norman Kasten, many other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by his grandparents. Celebration of Eric's life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, June 8, 2015 at Waid Funeral Home, Merrill. Visitation will be Sunday, June 7, 2015 at Waid Funeral Home from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. and again on Monday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home.
