Brent Bennish Schweigert

Brent Bennish Schweigert, age 33, of Gleason, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, June 25, 2024 at his home. He was born on January 7, 1991 in Wausau, WI and was the son to Guy Schweigert and Barbara (Bennish) Albright. Brent attended and graduated from Merrill High School. 

Brent was a fun-loving, caring and giving man, that also had a goofy side. He had a pure heart and a kind soul. Brent was a very intelligent person that would enjoy learning and trying new things. He was a deep thinker and liked to experiment, especially if it meant blowing things up! Brent’s passing leaves a lot of broken hearts, but memories of him and his laughter will live on.

Brent leaves behind his mother: Barbara (Greg) Albright, father: Guy (Sheryl) Schweigert, sons: Axel and Anton Schweigert, daughter: Margaret Schweigert, sister: Alexis Schweigert (Jay), step-grandparents: Gary (Vicky) Albright, half-sister: Rhea (Myron) Oestreich, half-brothers: Kris (Sarah) Bjarnason and Joel (Jody) Schweigert. He is further survived by many cousins, aunts and uncles, as well as his fur-baby, his cat, Paul. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents: Margaret (Anton) Bennish and paternal grandparents: Harry (Doris) Schweigert.

A Celebration of Life for Brent will be held at a later date.
